Responsibilities

• Manage Instructor Development Plans (IDPs) for all assigned instructors.
• Execute structured instructor certification processes.
• Plan and conduct quarterly instructor development workshops.

Facilitating Learning Experience Course (FLEX) certification

MCISD/SAT-E certification
