Job summary

Stanford University’s Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery Department is seeking a Faculty Affairs Administrator 3 to oversee faculty affairs functions within the department. This role provides expert guidance on all aspects of faculty affairs activities.

Key duties include establishing and managing processes for completion of faculty actions and serving as liaison to the Provost's Office, General Counsel, Office of Technology Licensing, Dean of Research, and other schools.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage processes and relevant communications for completion of faculty actions.
• Act as liaison for other university departments including, but not limited to, the Provost's Office, General Counsel Office, Office of Technology Licensing, Dean of Research Office, and other schools.
