Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting analysis for existing and prospective clients, evaluating experience, exposure, financials and competitive positioning.
• Foster and nurture relationships with key clients and intermediaries, collaborating with senior management.
• Oversee coordination across claims, actuarial, and accounting teams for initiatives and risk management.
• Represent Odyssey Re to intermediaries, clients and prospects through industry events and direct marketing.
• Contribute to department and company-wide strategic planning.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to Associate Underwriters and drive underwriting excellence.
