Qualifications

Experience in managing support staff and client relations with discretion.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and business development.

Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive underwriting analysis for existing and prospective clients.
Foster and nurture strong client relationships with intermediaries and senior management.
Oversee and coordinate efforts across claims, actuarial, and accounting teams.
Represent Odyssey Re to intermediaries, clients, and prospects through industry activities.
Contribute to department and organizational planning and strategies.
Provide mentorship and leadership to Associate Underwriters.
