Job summary

Integra seeks a Senior Engineering Quality Leader to establish and lead the quality strategy, governance, and execution across engineering disciplines. You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Project Management, Supplier Quality, and Operations to embed quality into design development, reviews, change control, risk management, and lessons learned.

Strong leadership and continuous improvement mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of progressive engineering quality, product quality, or design quality experience with 3 years of leadership experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Engineering Quality function with direction and coaching.
• Set measurable objectives and KPIs aligning with enterprise goals.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on quality performance and actions.
• Develop and implement an engineering quality strategy and governance.
• Drive early risk identification and control through design reviews and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance of processes with codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality expectations across the project lifecycle.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen design quality and handoffs.
