Qualifications

• Engineering degree and 15+ years of semiconductor manufacturing leadership.
• Significant experience leading large manufacturing organizations.
• Experience with high-volume fabs and technology transfer.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large-scale semiconductor manufacturing organization.
• Drive safety, quality, die yield, line yield, productivity, velocity, cost, and customer commitments.
• Lead technology transfer, qualification, and manufacturing ramp activities from development through high-volume production.
• Partner closely with technology development, engineering, supply chain, equipment suppliers, and manufacturing teams to accelerate factory performance.
• Improve factory economics through productivity improvements, cost management, equipment utilization, automation, and operational discipline.
• Build and develop high-performing organizations while creating a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare manufacturing operations to support future technology nodes and foundry customer requirements.
