Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and business acumen.
• At least 6 years of experience leading supply planning operations, managing product portfolios, and ensuring the right products are available to meet demand and objectives.
• At least 5 years of experience in factory planning, manufacturing operations, or semiconductor supply chain organizations.
• At least 2 years of experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred: semiconductor manufacturing, foundry, and advanced-technology experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Arizona supply planning organization for advanced-node technology and manufacturing operations.
• Provide leadership, talent development, and succession planning.
• Ensure adequate supply to meet customer demand and revenue objectives.
• Develop and execute production, supply, inventory, and capacity plans.
• Drive capacity planning, scenario analysis, and constraint management.
• Align demand signals with factory teams and downstream partners.
• Own integration and delivery of wafer-out-of-sort supply for internal and external customers.
• Offer executive recommendations by evaluating tradeoffs and business impacts.
• Establish priority and allocation strategies during constrained conditions.
