Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Principal Factory Interface & Test Solutions Lead in Andover, MA. This 100% onsite role serves as the primary interface between Test Solutions and factory operations, translating factory needs into TS plans, and shaping capital, spares, and maintenance across programs.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, accelerate issue resolution, ensure factory readiness during proposal, startup, and production transitions, and advocate for factory priorities in TS reviews and

Qualifications

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
At least ten (10) years of leadership experience overseeing mid- to large-scale technical teams and projects.
Experience trouble shooting production test equipment and understanding of test processes and constraints.
Experience with effective communication across engineering and operations teams.
Experience with bidding proposals and long-range planning.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Strengthen communication and coordination between Test Solutions and factory operations.
Speed up issue resolution by directing factory concerns to the right technical teams.
Ensure factory needs and feedback shape Test Solutions plans and execution.
Support predictable factory/test performance through aligned processes.
