Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Technician, Facility Services General Maintenance, to perform preventive maintenance and repairs across facilities. You will diagnose issues, manage schedules, and coordinate with contractors while mentoring associates.

Qualifications

• Option 1: Vocational or technical certification and 3 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.
• Option 2: 6 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities and equipment.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment using multiple craft skills including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Lead and mentor less-experienced associates and oversee project scopes and quality.
