Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Facility Technician Lead for the South RDC to oversee the safe operation and maintenance of facility systems, ASRS, dock equipment, and related infrastructure. This role emphasizes leadership in a high-demand environment and entails daily reporting to the Fleet Manager.

The candidate should bring extensive experience in industrial facility maintenance, refrigeration operations, and safety compliance, with preference for RETA CARO/CIRO credentials and leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Six years of industrial facility and ASRS maintenance experience.
• Refrigeration Operator certifications (RETA CARO/CIRO preferred).
• 1 year of leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of facility systems and ASRS equipment.
• Mentor and guide Facility Tech I/II/III for growth.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and timely reporting to management.
