Job summary

Cardinal Health's Facility and Security Technology team seeks an Advisor to protect assets, people and information while aligning with business needs. You will assist Global Security and Corporate Real Estate in safeguarding operations across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes in‑house programming for access control, video surveillance, smart buildings, and maintenance of security services and logs. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; preferred.
• 4+ years in related field with security/IT focus.
• Strong IT background with servers, databases and networking.
• Proven programming and service support experience.
• Knowledge of Lenel OnGuard and Milestone preferred.
• Able to balance business needs with security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Facility and Security System Programming: lead in-house programming for access control, video surveillance, smart buildings and visitor management.
• Facility and Security System Service: act as the main contact for enterprise-wide service issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Enterprise System Design and Roll Out: guide software rollouts and design regional server and communication architectures.
• Training: provide field training support as needed.
• Documentation and audits: maintain logs, review invoices, and provide weekly service audit reports.
