Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks an Advisor, Facility and Security Technology to safeguard assets, people, products, and information across the enterprise. The role supports Global Security and Corporate Real Estate teams in protecting Cardinal Health resources.

The position covers programming of security systems, service management, and the enterprise design/roll-out of security software. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years experience in related field preferred.
• Strong IT background including servers, databases, networking related to facility/security software.

Responsibilities

• Acts as in-house facility and security systems programming expert.
• Main contact for new system programming and provides master level systems knowledge.
• Programming for access control, video surveillance, smart building and visitor management systems.
• Provides programming services for field onboarding and AI-related projects.
• Maintains licenses, passwords and SSL certificates for application servers.
• Acts as service expert for facility and security technology issues enterprise-wide.
• Coordinate with vendors and review service invoices for consistency with MSAs.
• Provide weekly service audit reports to regional managers.
