Deloitte is seeking an experienced Assistant Facility Security Officer Specialist Manager to support security operations for classified programs. The role ensures regulatory compliance, risk management, and essential security operations for our 300+ contracts and 10,000+ personnel security clearances.

You will lead security activities across the contract lifecycle and collaborate with internal teams and government stakeholders from proposals through closeout.

Formación

• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information access.
• FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities Certification.
• Experience supporting classified operations in a rapid-response, customer-focused, results-driven team environment.
• Experience supporting industrial security disciplines including personnel security, physical security, information security, operations security, insider threat, incident management, and DD Form 254 processing.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and to work onsite in Arlington, VA.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Administer National Industrial Security Program requirements for classified and sensitive programs.
• Implement security procedures for DoD classified facilities, including access controls and safeguards.
• Support inspection readiness, self-inspections, corrective action tracking, and physical security compliance.
• Partner with Deloitte teams, subcontractors, and government stakeholders to support program security.
• Support security activities across the contract lifecycle from proposal to closeout.
