Cribl is seeking a Facility Security Officer to lead our industrial security program as the federal business expands. You will serve as the appointed FSO with DCSA, own the FCL program, and ensure NISPOM and 32 CFR Part 117 compliance across a remote-first, global team.

You will collaborate with Legal, People Ops, Contracts, Public Sector Sales, IT, Workplace, and Security & Compliance while guiding personnel-security processes and security briefings. A significant role for U.S.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industrial- or personnel-security experience.
• U.S. citizenship and an active U.S. Government Secret clearance, with ability to obtain Top Secret.
• Working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 and the NISPOM.
• Hands-on experience with DISS/NBIS, NISS, eApp, FCL processing, SF-328/FOCI, DD Form 254s, self-inspections, and DCSA Security Reviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage FCL sponsorship and maintenance in NISS, including SF-328, KMP designations, changed conditions and FOCI reporting.
• Manage the cleared-personnel lifecycle in DISS/NBIS, including sponsorship, investigations, reinvestigations, continuous vetting, transfers, debriefings, and terminations.
• Guide applicants through eApp and maintain accurate, confidential personnel-security records.
• Deliver initial, annual, insider-threat, foreign-travel, and other required security briefings.
• Review and maintain DD Form 254s, process visit authorizations, and advise on security requirements before commitments.
