Job summary

• US Citizen with background investigation and favorable adjudication.
• Wyoming Level 1 Water and Level 1 Wastewater certification required at time of application; Level 2 within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 37 water and wastewater facilities and 250+ miles of distribution lines.
• Manage asset management portfolio valued over $5B and multi-year O&M programs valued at $50–$100M annually.
• Supervise staff across 14 dispersed sites; perform contract oversight and technical reviews.
