Job summary

The Tepa Companies seek a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations for wastewater infrastructure rehab in Yellowstone National Park. You will oversee field personnel, subcontractors, scheduling, and site logistics to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals on a high‑profile federal project.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in construction, US federal project experience, Procore proficiency, OSHA 30/EM-385 training, and strong leadership in complex rehabilitation works.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years of construction experience.
• Experience as primary superintendent on projects $20M–$50M+.
• Experience on US federal construction (USACE, NAVFAC, GSA, VA, NPS).
• Experience rehabilitating wastewater facilities.
• Procore and MS Office proficiency.
• OSHA 30/EM-385 training within last 5 years.
• QC management course within last five years.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction and safety meetings with staff.
• Support submittals: site plans, APP, QC Plan.
• Set up project site offices, fencing, and sitework.
• Collaborate with PM to build and update schedules.
• Track production with subs and enforce recovery if behind.
• Discuss budgets with PM and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Assist with estimating and subcontractor sourcing.
• Perform constructability reviews on drawings.
• Follow Three-Phase USACE QC Plan and Accident Prevention Plan.
• Conduct daily jobsite and equipment inspections.
• Prepare 4-Week Look Ahead in Procore weekly.
• Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Coordinate QC inspections and testing with QC Manager.
• Maintain docs and correspondence among client/office/subs.
• Log daily/weekly records to Procore.
• Schedule punch lists and close out as-builts.
• Initiate demobilization of equipment and personnel.
