Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Five (5) years experience in facilities management or related field.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating facility operations, maintenance services, vendors, contractors or building-related projects.
• Valid driver's license.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Facility Foreman: Central Office and provides operational leadership.
• Oversees vendor contracts, energy management, and safety compliance.
• Coordinates long-term capital forecasting and emergency response planning.
• Ensures JCPS Central Office buildings are maintained in a clean and healthy environment for staff.
• Assumes building manager role for assigned locations.
