Job summary

The Building People, LLC seeks a Senior Facility Manager to lead maintenance, repair, and improvement activities across a multi-building campus (10+ buildings) supporting the AFRL Aerospace Systems Directorate (RQ).

The role requires 15+ years in DoD facilities management, including 10+ years overseeing a large campus. Strong cost analysis, PO initiation, and clear communication with government leadership and Civil Engineering are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience in DoD Facilities Management, preferably with the Air Force.
• At least 10 years of experience managing maintenance, repair, and improvement of a multi-building campus (10 or more buildings).
• Skilled and efficient in work order cost analysis and purchase order initiation/authorization, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance, repair, and improvement work across a multi-building campus in coordination with government leadership and Facility Managers.
• Schedule workload, materials procurement, and subcontractor services.
• Perform work order cost analysis and initiate and authorize purchase orders.
• Serve as customer service representative for assigned buildings, maintaining liaison with tenants and Civil Engineering.
