KBR's National Security Solutions team seeks a Facility Manager to lead operations and maintenance of critical facilities in the Washington metropolitan area. This contingent role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, a BS in Engineering, and seven years of supervisory experience.

You will oversee 24/7 operations, manage teams and vendors, implement preventive maintenance, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and draft reports and procedures to support reliable, secure mission capability.

Formación

• Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with polygraph
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited university
• Minimum of seven (7) years of supervisory experience in 24/7 critical facilities operations
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with strong organizational and leadership capabilities
• Experience in secured/restricted facilities with Uptime Institute Tier topology
• Knowledge of electrical power distribution from generation to rack-mounted equipment
• Understanding of SCADA and Building Management Systems
• Experience staffing a 24x7x365 mission-critical environment
• LEAN/Six Sigma, ISO 9000 knowledge
• Experience developing SOPs and Emergency Response Procedures
• Knowledge of MEP concepts of operation and electrical generation procedures
• Ability to read blueprints and communicate effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and deadline management
• Project management, safety compliance, and vendor coordination capabilities

Responsabilidades

• Direct the operations and maintenance of the site’s critical facilities ensuring around-the-clock mission support
• Provide management oversight to 24/7 operational teams, technicians, and vendors with guidance and feedback while ensuring safety and standards
• Implement preventive maintenance scheduling, environmental monitoring, and fault troubleshooting
• Enforce standards to meet contractual and regulatory requirements
• Leverage data analysis to improve equipment performance at cost-efficient rates
• Provide rapid responses to emergencies and implement disaster recovery protocols
• Draft reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals
• Communicate effectively with diverse teams and resolve operational issues
• Maintain adherence to environmental, health & safety and regulatory requirements
• Monitor contractual obligations and regulatory changes impacting facility operations
