Job summary

KBR in the United States is seeking a Site Manager to lead a contingent team supporting a government client from Aurora, CO, NM, and abroad. You will direct contractor resources, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure operational effectiveness in a 24/7 environment.

Required are a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance, 5+ years of program management, and demonstrated P&L and customer-facing leadership. A bachelor’s degree and PMP are preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• Clearance TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
• Minimum five years of program management experience of large, complex scope.
• Experience in secure government environments is required.
• Management experience with P&L responsibility.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience managing facility management, operations, and sustainment projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct all contractor site resources in coordination with functional managers.
• Support the enterprise Program Manager to improve operational effectiveness.
• Ensure services are delivered within program guidelines and budgets.
• Provide and lead a skilled workforce for the SOW.
• Notify Government POCs of significant facility events.
• Monitor financial activities to align with government requirements.
• Ensure continuity of support with staffing changes and adjustments.
• Interface with site leadership for day-to-day direction.
• Support meetings and discussions as required.
• Identify issues and adapt plans based on customer feedback.
• Use program management tools to monitor cost, schedule, inventory and performance.
