Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade/vocational training or related certification preferred.
• MA Refrigeration Journeyman License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems and components.
• Document work in CMMS and maintain safe, clean work areas.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Maintain safety standards and assist with contractor coordination.
