Job summary

Prime's esteemed maintenance team is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and preventive maintenance across electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and refrigeration systems in our on-site facilities. This role requires at least five years in general maintenance or related fields and a strong understanding of PLCs and building automation.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with vocational training in a technical field preferred.
5+ years experience in general maintenance or related field with ability to recognize electrical, plumbing and mechanical malfunctions.

Responsibilities

Complete repairs and maintenance of electrical, lighting, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration systems in facility buildings and grounds.
Inspect, operate and maintain HVAC, boiler, radiant floor heat, snow melt systems; use Building Automation System.
Plan, procure materials, and install small facility projects (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical).
Maintain automation equipment including PLCs and drives.
