Job summary

Qualifications

• Option 1: Vocational or technical certification and 3 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.
• Option 2: 6 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.
• Valid state-issued driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five years.
• Commercial driving record with no more than two moving violations in the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
• Inspect, clean, and repair facilities and equipment.
• Lead and supervise technicians on projects and training.
• Order parts, manage inventory and maintenance logs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
