Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage EAMS maintenance program.
• Oversee and coordinate outside contractors; supervise building improvements and materials.
• Ensure all work meets regulatory codes and standards.
• Use maintenance/project management software as needed.
• Lead the team and coordinate with other services for seamless support.
• Coordinate activities to ensure smooth shift transitions.
