Hilton Garden Inn Beavercreek is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead the maintenance team, oversee the hotel’s building, grounds and operating systems to ensure uninterrupted daily operations. The role requires a technical background with at least 5 years of maintenance experience and 1 year of supervisory responsibility, plus strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and repair interior and exterior of the building.
• Perform maintenance on all equipment, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and water systems.
• Complete work orders and maintenance logs.
• Troubleshoot and repair all systems in the physical plant.
• Inspect property and plan maintenance projects.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure work meets specifications.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure safety procedures and emergency responses are followed.
