City of Durham is seeking a part-time recreation supervisor to oversee gymnasiums, athletic fields, and wellness spaces. You will supervise diverse age groups, ensure safety, provide customer service, and maintain records.

Training is provided, followed by established policies and procedures. Required are a high school diploma, at least one year in recreation supervision, and First Aid/CPR/AED certification within six months.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience supervising recreation activities.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid First Aid/CPR/AED within six months of employment.
• Shift times include evenings & weekends.

• Monitors a gymnasium, athletic field or wellness center.
• Provides customer service and supervises participants.
