Job summary

Socure is seeking a Senior Manager of Facilities in San Francisco to lead the design, buildout, and ongoing operations of our SF office and satellite locations. You will partner with People, IT, Security, and Procurement to create welcoming, productive spaces that scale with our growth.

This hands-on leader will establish standards, build a team, manage vendors and budgets, and leverage automation to reduce manual work while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in facilities management or related field.
• 7+ years in facilities or workplace operations with multi-site responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and scale processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the San Francisco office buildout, coordinating space planning, vendors, and timelines.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, building services, supplies, and employee requests.
• Maintain welcoming spaces, booking tools, accessibility, emergency readiness, and incident response.
• Manage satellite office operations, memberships and local service issues.
• Oversee access provisioning and adherence to approved policies with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor utilization, budgets, and support office expansions and moves.
• Partner with People and champions on onboarding, events, and team gatherings.
• Establish scalable facilities playbooks, workflows, and automation to reduce manual work.
• Define staffing and vendor models, hire and develop the facilities team.
• Develop budgets with Finance and collaborate on procurement and invoicing.
