Job summary

Pharmavite in New Albany, IN is seeking a Sr. Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform skilled maintenance across plant utilities, ensuring GMP standards. The role covers routine inspections, equipment repairs, and essential utility systems management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years wastewater treatment experience
• 1–3 years utilities maintenance experience
• At least 1 year HVAC background
• At least 1 year experience with building control software
• At least 1 year experience with PLCs & drives
• At least 1 year experience with steam systems

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on plant utility systems including air compressors, pumps, steam generators, and HVAC controls.
• Monitor and treat process wastewater to meet regulatory requirements before discharge.
• Conduct daily inspections of facilities and ensure life safety systems are ready.
• Oversee building controls software and energy management systems.
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and contractors for upgrades and repairs.
• Maintain electronic records and regulatory documentation per procedures.
