Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Facilities Technician 4 to own operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ultra-pure water, wastewater treatment, and water reuse systems that support semiconductor manufacturing.

You will monitor performance, ensure environmental compliance, perform preventive maintenance on chillers, boilers and air handling systems, and drive continuous improvement with 5S and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, chemical, or related) OR equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong working knowledge of: DI/UPW systems and wastewater treatment processes.
• Mechanical systems (pumps, valves, piping)
• Basic electrical systems (motors, controls)

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain UPW systems and wastewater treatment processes.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance on PM-critical equipment (chillers, boilers, air handlers).
• Troubleshoot and repair RO/DI and reclaim systems; monitor environmental compliance and data logs.
• Perform lab/analytical testing and maintain logs/reports; support continuous improvement initiatives.
