Job summary

Northeast Alternatives seeks a Senior Facilities Technician for sole on-site maintenance at 999 William S. Canning Blvd, Fall River, MA. The role covers sanitation, building upkeep, and preventive maintenance across kitchens, bloom rooms, and retail spaces, with occasional travel to Seekonk and New Bedford.

Shift is Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm, on-call rotation. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in facilities or a proven hands-on capability, OSHA 10, and a proven ability to work independently, log tasks,

Qualifications

• Two or more years in facilities, maintenance, custodial or building services work, or demonstrated equivalent via hands-on assessment.
• Ability to work an entire shift independently without on-site supervision.
• Willingness and physical ability to perform daily custodial and sanitation work as a core part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Sanitation, custodial and appearance tasks daily across production, packaging, retail and office areas.
• Preventive maintenance and building upkeep, including routine repairs and equipment support.
• Log work in the system and ensure compliance with Cannabis Control Commission and OSHA requirements.
• Escalate complex repairs to Senior Maintenance Mechanic and assist outside contractors when needed.
