Job summary

Northeast Alternatives is seeking a Senior Facilities Technician to maintain the Fall River site at 999 William S. Canning Blvd, covering sanitation, building upkeep and preventive maintenance in a cannabis production and retail environment.

The role requires working independently, following a scheduled maintenance queue, and escalating complex issues to the Senior Maintenance Mechanic. On-site with occasional travel to Seekonk/New Bedford.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in facilities, maintenance, custodial, or equivalent.
• Ability to work an entire shift independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to perform daily custodial and sanitation duties as core work.
• Demonstrated safe use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to identify faults and document them clearly in writing.
• Read and follow work orders; possess a valid MA driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Sanitation, custodial care across production, packaging, retail and office areas.
• Perform daily custodial tasks: floors, restrooms, break areas, waste, glass, entryways.
• Maintain grounds and exterior areas, seasonal upkeep and lighting.
• Own the 999 PM preventive maintenance list and complete scheduled tasks weekly.
• Diagnose faults, escalate to Senior Maintenance Mechanic when needed.
• Log all work orders and comply with Cannabis Control Commission requirements.
