Job summary

Omni Family Health seeks a skilled maintenance worker to support construction and maintenance of OFH facilities in California. The role covers plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical tasks, irrigation and related grounds work.

Applicants should have 5–8 years of hands-on experience in building trades, a valid CA driver license, and the ability to work weekends if required. This is a full-time, non-exempt on-site position supporting OFH clinics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and proficient English.
• 5-8 years hands-on experience in similar work in building trades.
• Knowledge of carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical trades; ability to estimate repair time and materials.

Responsibilities

• Check buildings, equipment, and grounds to locate repair needs.
• Perform repairs in plumbing, irrigation, painting, carpentry, mechanical, structural, flooring and simple electrical work.
• Install and repair signs; use hand and power tools.
• Move and install partitions and walls; build small structures and cabinets.
• Install, service and repair plumbing, water and sewer systems and simple wiring.
