Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required; field in Facilities Management or related trade programs preferred.
• Six years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Refrigeration, Electrical or Temperature Controls.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, work orders and minor renovations across HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing, Lighting and Electrical.
• Mentor and coordinate with Zone Facility Managers and coordinators on scheduling and completion of projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and applicable regulations while guiding staff.
