Job summary

Brookfield Properties is seeking a Sr Facilities Technician to support Operations at Music Factory TX. You will assist with safety plans, operating standards, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to safeguard property assets.

Responsibilities include maintaining building systems, performing minor repairs, coordinating with contractors, and supporting events with decor setup. Requires 5+ years in maintenance, a valid license, and strong communication with tenants and management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years in building maintenance or related field.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to read and interpret documents, plans and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems.
• Operate equipment for preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
• Perform interior/exterior maintenance including painting, plumbing, lighting.
• Maintain inventory systems, records, files and MSDS.
• Repair/move retail merchandising units as needed.
• Assist in setup of events and decor installation.
• Perform custodial duties as needed and coordinate with contractors.
• Assist with budget input and interact with tenants as needed.
