Job summary

Brookfield Properties is seeking a Sr. Facilities Technician to assist the Operations Manager with safety plans, standards, and maintenance of property assets. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance across interior and exterior sites, including lighting, plumbing, and decor setup for events.

The role requires at least 5 years in building maintenance, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read plans. OSHA 10 is a plus; bilingual candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, plans and schematic drawings.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems.
• Operate equipment to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
• Perform interior/exterior maintenance such as painting, drywall, plumbing, lighting, and roofing tasks.
• Maintain inventory, records, MSDS, supplies, and tools.
