Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for on-site work in Kerrville, TX. You will maintain HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, and other community systems, ensuring safe and reliable operations for residents and staff.

You will coordinate with community directors, respond to maintenance requests, and uphold federal, state, and local regulations while aligning with Brookdale’s standards.

Qualifications

• Maintenance technicians perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cords.
• They respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents and communicate with fire marshal and inspectors.
