Job summary

Repligen Corporation in Marlborough, MA, is seeking a Senior Facilities Technician to perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment. Responsibilities include leading the maintenance team, scheduling PMs, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring safety and compliance.

A high school diploma and 7+ years of relevant experience are required; CAD knowledge and read P&IDs are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years of advanced mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building systems experience.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and PLC/electrically controlled equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Lead maintenance team during PMs, projects, and shutdowns.
• Schedule repairs and maintenance to meet manufacturing timelines.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and drawings; update logs.
• Oversee projects and work with outside vendors/contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
