Job summary

Repligen Corp in Hopkinton, MA is seeking a Sr. Facilities Mechanic to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. You will lead projects, plan maintenance, and develop SOPs while ensuring safety and GxP compliance.

The role requires 7+ years in electro-mechanical maintenance, knowledge of NEC/NFPA 70E, and experience with CMMS, CAD/SolidWorks, and PLCs. On-site, benefits include PMI, paid time off, and health plans.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of advanced electro-mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair across AC/DC control systems, drives, and gearboxes.
• Experience in ISO cleanroom environments and cleanroom utilities preferred.
• Familiarity with NEC and NFPA 70E electrical safety standards.
• Proficient with reading P&IDs, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with CMMS software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians through routine preventive maintenance, facility projects, new equipment rollouts, and SOPs.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, and calibration systems.
• Manage Building Management System (BMS) and monitor facility operations to identify faults.
• Provide technical and electrical support, including simple machinist duties and precise equipment setup.
• Read equipment manuals and engineering drawings to perform service and maintain compliance logs.
• Collaborate to establish PM/calibration frequencies and develop SOPs.
• Assemble components and supervise external vendors during major repairs or shutdowns.
• Support quality systems, CAPA resolutions, deviations, and GMP investigations.
• Act as SME on critical systems and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet targets safely.
