Job summary

Syner-G seeks a Facilities Technician IV in the Greater Boston area to maintain and calibrate plant and facility systems within regulated environments. You will operate the Building Management System, coordinate vendors, and drive reliability improvements while ensuring cGMP and GDP/GEP compliance.

The role requires 9–15 years’ experience, high standards of documentation, and strong troubleshooting skills, with occasional travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 9-15 years of facilities maintenance in regulated environments.
• Experience with building management systems and CMMS.
• Knowledge of cGMP, GDP/GEP, EH&S.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, corrective, reactive, and calibration maintenance activities for facility, utility, plant, manufacturing, and building systems in cGMP and non-GMP environments.
• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, utility, instrumentation, and facility infrastructure systems.
• Coordinate, manage, and escort third-party vendors and contractors performing work on-site.
• Plan, schedule, and execute calibration activities for facility instrumentation and control systems.
• Maintain documentation and ensure traceability per GDP, GEP and regulatory requirements.
