Responsibilities include prioritizing work orders, performing preventive maintenance, and collaborating with teams to ensure uninterrupted service standards.

Qualifications

• . High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years facilities maintenance experience; or an Associate degree with 3 years.
• . Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• . Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to maintain confidentiality.
• . Thorough knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, boilers, chillers, and related systems.
• . Ability to use basic hand and power tools and to operate related equipment.
• . Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Maintains HVAC, ductwork, piping, plumbing, boilers, and fire protection.
• Reviews assigned work orders and determines work priorities.
• Installs machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous operations.
• Inspects kitchen machines and equipment for conformance with standards; repairs refrigerators.
• Inspects, repairs, and adjusts HVAC equipment.
• Repairs, rods, cleans, adjusts, and removes plumbing fixtures, line vents, and drains as needed.
• Makes minor electrical repairs and replaces components; handles basic electronic equipment repair.
• Adheres to quality standards and safety rules.
• Fabricates, repairs, and maintains mechanical devices, motors, and pumps; performs painting, carpentry, and upholstery.
• Adheres to policies and procedures; maintains site cleanliness and organization.
• Performs preventive maintenance on equipment on a scheduled basis.
• Assists with snow removal and responds to maintenance calls with courteous service.
• Maintains confidentiality in all company matters.
