Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance professional to join our team at our Washington location. You will oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, perform repairs, and ensure continuous operation of critical equipment in a hospitality environment.

Responsibilities include prioritizing work orders, inspecting equipment, and executing preventive maintenance. Excellent English communication and a proactive, safety-conscious approach are required;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years facilities maintenance experience in hospitality or related field.
• Or an Associate degree with 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Must be fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC, ductwork, piping, plumbing, boilers, and fire protection equipment.
• Review work orders and set priorities; perform installations and repairs to ensure continuous operations.
• Inspect and repair kitchen machinery and fixtures; service refrigeration equipment as needed.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment on a scheduled basis; respond to maintenance calls promptly.
• Repair electrical components, outlets, fixtures, and related equipment; replace failed parts.
• Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies.
