Job summary

PENN Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a versatile Facilities Maintenance Technician in Riverside, CA to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections across building systems.

You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and metalwork tasks to keep facilities safe, compliant, and well-maintained. The role requires technical certification and at least two years of related experience, with strong reading, writing, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years related experience.
• Ability to prepare, read and comprehend documents.

• Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide stellar customer service and promote service programs.
• Maintain facility shops, work areas, and tool/storage areas.
• Conduct inspections and testing of machinery, equipment, or structures.
• Identify and analyze problems and ensure proper progress following specs and codes.
• Repair machinery, equipment or structures and replace or refurbish parts.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and structures.
• Install, maintain, replace, and repair plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Operate and utilize machine tools to repair or fabricate parts.
• Lay out and maintain pipe systems and hydraulic/pneumatic equipment.
• Perform basic carpentry and metal work and maintenance tasks.
• Perform locksmithing tasks and ensure security of facility.
• Keep the facility visually appealing and safe, including snow removal and cleaning.
• Repair and maintain EVS equipment and ensure OSHA/fire safety compliance.
