Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years in facilities maintenance in hospitality; or an Associate degree with 3 years of related experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC, ductwork, piping, plumbing, boilers, and fire protection.
• Review assigned work orders and determine work priorities.
• Install machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous operations.
• Inspect kitchen machines and equipment for conformance with standards; repair refrigerator equipment as needed.
• Respond to maintenance calls and provide courteous, timely service.
