Job summary

The Crossing Church seeks a seasoned Facilities Technician III to lead projects and coordinate vendors across Windmill Campus and other sites. You will ensure safe, functional spaces for worship and community activities, while supporting ministry teams and campus readiness.

Ideal candidates bring five+ years in facilities or related fields, strong project coordination, and solid technical skills. This role emphasizes service, collaboration, and stewardship of church facilities with excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in facilities, construction, building maintenance, or related field.
• Experience coordinating facilities projects and working with vendors or contractors.
• Moderate technology proficiency including Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities improvement projects from planning through completion across all campuses.
• Coordinate project schedules, stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and internal support teams.
• Maintain projects within scope, budget, and schedule; provide updates to Facilities Manager.
• Escalate issues to Facilities Manager when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve facility systems and operations.
• Support standards, processes, and ministry environments.
