Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Ability to mentor and train others in technical functions.
• Maintain OSHA standards and safety policies.
• Proficient with computers, mobile devices, MS Office and department software.
• Good written and verbal communication; ability to read instructions and reports.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate fleet vehicle.
• Familiar with industrial cleaning chemicals and products.

Responsibilities

• Performs scheduled and emergency preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and sound systems.
• Repairs motors, pumps, cabinets, drywall, and finishes; maintains doors, flooring, and masonry.
• Installs and maintains interior/exterior woodwork, cabinets, countertops, and fixtures.
• Manages materials, inventory, and purchasing; uses work order software for documentation.
• Ensures OSHA safety compliance and reports hazards; coordinates with Operations Manager.
• Mentors and trains FM technicians; engages with contractors as needed.
• Operates fleet vehicle and performs related regulatory maintenance.
