Our Houston Texas facility includes a fully redundant emergency contact center supported by a diverse talent hub. These two critical infrastructure facilities are staffed and operated 24/7/365 and require best‑in‑class uptime. They include high‑availability data centers that have the highest uptime expectations that exist.

Our business operates 24/7/365, and that means our facilities teams must support an employee population that includes a significant number of hard‑working contact center employees at our three call center locations across the United States.

About The Role

You are responsible for technical ownership of all building systems across two Class A office buildings and one fulfillment center. This is a senior level, hands‑on role focused on proactive maintenance, advanced troubleshooting, system reliability, and Class A service standards. You will reduce vendor reliance through first‑level diagnostics and repair. You will lead preventive maintenance execution and provide technical guidance to the Facilities Technician. This role requires strong commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting experience.

Role And Responsibilities
  • Oversee 17 rooftop HVAC units; diagnose airflow, condensate, control, and electrical faults; interpret schematics; track service history; assess repair vs. replacement; elevate major failures.
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 277V; replace components (ballasts, drivers, switches, outlets); resolve recurring faults; maintain panel accuracy; follow LOTO protocols.
  • Diagnose and repair minor plumbing issues; identify developing wear.
  • Maintain dock levelers, overhead doors, and fulfillment equipment; monitor uptime and repeat failures.
  • Support life safety compliance: conduct fire extinguisher inspections, inspect emergency systems, assist with sprinkler/fire panel checks, and maintain audit documentation.
  • Own preventive maintenance program and inspection cadence; conduct weekly building walks; mitigate risks pre‑failure; reduce emergency work orders.
  • Manage work orders in Maintenance Care; prioritize same‑day resolution; track labor/materials; maintain asset logs; perform root cause analysis; deliver monthly system condition reports.
  • Maintain Class A finish quality; respond promptly to leadership requests; minimize operational disruption; uphold professional presentation and conduct.
Essential Qualifications
  • 7+years commercial building maintenance experience.
  • Ability to read electrical, mechanical, & plumbing drawings.
  • Experience in high‑end corporate office environment preferred.
  • Proven track record of proactive system management.
