Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking a Critical Facilities Maintenance Technician to assist in the maintenance of building systems, including HVAC and plumbing. The role requires hands-on experience and responsibilities range from general repairs to monitoring electronic systems.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 2-5 years of experience, and must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime. Competitive hourly pay is offered, along with comprehensive health benefits and a retirement plan.
Under the direction of the Facility Manager, the Critical Facilities Maintenance Technician requires hands‑on experience in general facility maintenance and troubleshooting techniques. Work may include general building repairs, patching/painting of various surfaces, and the potential to assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of critical and non‑critical mechanical and/or electrical machinery located in the interior and exterior of the building.
Hourly Pay Range: $35.00 - $45.00/hr
