Job summary

RoslinCT in Hopkinton, MA is seeking a Facilities Technician to maintain and troubleshoot building systems in a cGMP production environment. You will lead maintenance work orders, support QMS processes, and coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, and outside vendors to ensure ongoing operational readiness.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, RO, boilers, and BMS, plus CMMS proficiency and strong cGMP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; technical program preferred.
• 7+ years of industrial facilities or maintenance experience in regulated environments (pharma/biotech).
• Hands-on with facility/utility systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, RO, boilers, and BMS.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA expectations, and GMP documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of maintenance activities and work orders per SOPs.
• Support QMS processes: Deviations, Change Controls, CAPAs, EMERs, alarm investigations, NCRs.
