Job summary

ABM is seeking a Building Superintendent to oversee building projects, supervise day-to-day team operations, and coordinate supplies and activities for cleaning and maintenance of commercial, industrial, or mixed‑use premises. The role may include administrative tasks and policy compliance.

Requirements include 3–5 years in building maintenance, refrigeration license, strong communication, and safety certifications; vaccination policy may apply per law and company policy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of building maintenance operations experience.
• Refrigeration license is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Safety and environmental certifications knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and maintains an ongoing building maintenance operation for commercial/retail/residential sites.
• Coordinates supplies, equipment and activities of workers engaged in cleaning and maintenance.
• Works with other departments to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Orders materials and ensures work is completed on time and as scheduled.
• Attends safety meetings and submits recommendations for improvements.
• May perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Vaccination policy compliance may be required.
