Job summary

Medtronic seeks a Senior Facilities Supervisor for the Swedesboro, New Jersey distribution center. The role leads daily facilities operations, oversees a facilities team, and drives preventive maintenance and improvement projects to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient site operations.

The position requires 3+ years of leadership in facilities or related environments, knowledge of BAS/CMMS, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of people leadership experience in facilities, maintenance, building operations, or related environments.
• Experience supervising employees, contractors, or facility service providers.
• Experience with facility maintenance operations, work scheduling, and resource prioritization.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily facilities operations and maintenance activities across building systems, equipment, and site services.
• Supervise, coach, and develop facilities personnel to support performance and safety.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs for reliability.
• Oversee modification projects, scheduling, resource planning, and cost control.
• Monitor building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BAS, and CMMS.

The Senior Facilities Supervisor provides leadership for facility operations, maintenance activities, vendor services, and continuous improvement initiatives across the site. No travel is required for this position.The Senior Facilities Supervisor leads facility operations and maintenance activities to support a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace.
